While a part of the TTSD was in Germany, Brent played a strong international WTT youth tournament in Helsingborg. His coach Flip was there with him in Sweden.
With 13 participants from the top 100 of the U19 world ranking, this WTT tournament in Helsingborg, Sweden, had a very strong field of participants.
Brent qualified for the main draw in the U19 age category by finishing second in his qualifying group.
However, the round of 32 proved to be his final stop, as he lost to the world number 42 in the U19 ranking.
